 PREDICAMENT

Meaning: A difficult unpleasing or embarrassing situation.

Synonyms: Dilemma, hardship, crisis, deadlock.

Usage:
 1)Many students find themselves in a predicament of not being able to afford college.
2)Because I do not want to end up in a financial predicament, I pay my bills regularly.
3)Whenever I call my father, he always assumes I am in some type of predicament and in need of his help.
4)Since you are not in my shoes, you will probably  find it hard to understand my predicament.
